Love the seafood here. Tonight we had a shrimp dinner that was huge and delicious. Not the prettiest place but it is friendly and the service is amazing. Highly recommend.

First let me start off by saying this building is in serious need of updating/remodeling. The food here is superb and the prices are unbeatable for the enormous portions they give you for your money so PLEASE don't let the appearance of this place deter you from coming here because you will missing out on some of the best seafood. The coleslaw here is hands down the best coleslaw I've ever had anywhere and I am VERY VERY picky about coleslaw because I prefer my coleslaw sour style (Just mayo and vinegar seasoned with a little salt & pepper and no sugar) but their coleslaw here has the perfect amount of sugar. Their large platter specials here are to die for & my favorite one is the white fish with shrimp and I highly recommend you give that one a try cause the large platter as they call it is VERY large and if it doesn't fill you up you need to call a doctor A.S.A.P. No but seriously, this is the best seafood joint in all of Alamance County especially for value alone let alone the perfectly cooked delicious food. I come here very often and if for some reason you have a bad experience here I promise it doesn't happen often cause I have never had a bad experience here. The employee's here are very nice as well. I absolutely recommend this place to anybody looking for no frills service and great seafood.

Please don't let the outdoor view & older seating scare you, Fisherman's Cove has the best seafood in the area! They have a great multi combo platter (Large) for $20 of which most cannot eat all the food. Have been there twice & the food was cooked to perfection. Much better service & far generous portions for less than the price of Harbor Inn & Mayflower Seafood! It doesn't get better around here for seafood. However, I don't recommend for takeout & have a long ways to drive home, the food will be cold & kind of greasy. This occasion was at a relative's home & it was an hour after pickup when we ate. I do not hold this against the establishment, as seafood (just like steaks) is best served as soon as cooked. If possible, would rate Fisherman's Cove a perfect 10!
